Word from the Brewer
SNAKE RIVER PALE ALE. Snake River Pale is an American pale ale. Golden in color, it is brewed with domestic malt and plenty of Cascade and Columbus hops. Dry-hopped with even more Cascades, it has a citrusy hop flavor which is followed by a crisp, firmly bitter finish.
SNAKE RIVER LAGER. Snake River Lager is an amber colored Vienna style lager. An authentic German lager yeast strain insures a mild profile. Imported German malts impart a rich, caramel flavor which is balanced with the subtle use of continental hop varieties. The malt forward, slightly sweet profile of Snake River lager makes it a fine complement to pizzas and red meat. The alcohol content is 4.8% abv. 20 IBUs.
OB-1 ORGANIC ALE. OB-1 (Organic Beer Number 1) is a USDA certified organic brown ale. Made from 100% organic malt and 100% organic hops. The only other ingredients are Teton mountain spring water and fresh brewer’s yeast. OB-1 is moderately hoppy with toasty, nutty flavors in a medium body. This is a beer that goes well with hearty pub fare. OB-1 is a signature beer of Chris Erickson. ABV 4.9% IBUs 32.
PAKO’S EYE-P-A. Pako’s IPA (say “PACO”) is named for our mascot, Pako the dog (No wait, Pako’s not a dog!) This golden ale is a full flavored, fully hop-evident IPA that will have the hopheads rejoicing. A pungent Simcoe/Columbus blend produces both bitterness and an explosive hop aroma.
ZONKER STOUT. A rich, well-balanced foreign style stout with a huge amount of roasted barley as well as chocolate, black, and caramel malts. The intense roast character is the main attribute of this black colored beer. Zonker has been recognized time and again as one of the top foreign style stouts in national and international competitions. ABV 6.0% IBUs 36
